Thank you for visiting and shopping at Geoskincareau.com. All our products and orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. We make every effort to ensure that your purchases arrives to you in a perfect condition and to the destination as soon as possible, however if the parcel is in the hands of the courier company, we are not responsible for their performance. We will do our best to monitor and investigate if any issue arise.

Processing Your Order 

An email confirmation will be sent to your email after placing your order with us. Please keep this email as a proof of your purchase.

Shipment Processing Time

The processing time for orders is 72 hours. However, some orders may ship within as few as 48 hours. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.

Shipment Rates and Delivery 

1) Standard Shipping 

Free Standard Shipping on all orders Australia-wide. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within Australia is 7-14 days depending on the locations. 

Free International Standard Shipping on orders over $180. After your order has been shipped, delivery time vary widely from country to country.  

    Please note: 

    • Business days means Monday to Fridays, except holidays.
    • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
    • Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the items ordered.
    • Due to Covid-19, packages to and from our facility in Melbourne may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.
    • We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.

    Tracking 

    We work closely with Auspost and DHL to help reach all our customers. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package. 

    Damaged, Missing or Lost Packages

    There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We've found that in most case, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. Geoskincare Australia politely requests that customer look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at contact@geoskincareau.com to report missing or lost packages.

    If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact us immediately at contact@geoskincareau.com.

     

    Please contact your local customs office for details about customs 
    policies that are applicable in your region. The consumer shall pay all 
    extra charges relating to customs clearance, import duties or local taxes. 
    For these charges, we do hold any responsibility and have no control 
    over what they might be. Please notice that, irrespective of the 
    circumstances, we are unable to refund any expenses incurred in relation 
    to such matters and do not take any liability for delays as consequence.
